 Dongguan Dehui Metal Product Co., Ltd. is subordinate to Tak Fai Metal Products Co., Ltd., Dongguan City, and is a professional mold and hardware product manufacturer. Our company was founded in 2001, in Changan Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, and covers an area of 4800 square meters, with 260 employees. Our company consists of tooling workshop, metal workshop, design department, development department, production department, quality control department and other departments, including 40 people in Mold Division and 80 people in die-casting department. Our company owns the world's most advanced CAD / CAM software, to provide customers with complete service from product design to mold making, as well as the hardware production service.
Our existing machinery has over 20 sets, including 5 sets of zinc alloy machines (30T-168T) and 3 sets of aluminum machines (160T-280T).
Our monthly production capacity amounts to approximately 200-350 million sets, and we have 15 quality control members.
Due to independent QC department, advanced hardware and software management systems and detection methods, in accordance with ISO9000 quality management system, we strictly control product quality to minimize the negative rate for the excellent quality in each process and provide comprehensive protection.
Our main business scope includes ODM & OEM service and the production of a variety of plastic and metal molds and molding. Our products include specialized zinc and aluminum die casting, sand turned aluminum products, daily necessities, kitchen utensils, handicrafts, handbags, toys, accessories, furniture, auto lighting parts, computers and appliances accessories.
Due to high-quality service, excellent quality, punctual delivery and competitive prices, our products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
